What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. We have a separate attire page on the website with additional guidance and examples to help guests prepare.
Can I bring a plus one?
While we would love to celebrate with everyone possible, venue capacity is limited. If your invitation does not specifically include a plus one, we unfortunately are unable to accommodate additional guests. If you believe there may have been an error, please feel free to reach out to us personally.
Are children invited?
We would love for everyone to enjoy a wonderful evening and a break from daily responsibilities, but we also understand that isn’t always possible. If you'd like your children to attend and they aren't included on the RSVP, just reach out and let us know, they are absolutely welcome — if you’re invited, you’re family to us.
What time should guests arrive?
For guests staying at the hotel, shuttle transportation will be provided to the ceremony site, then to the reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Specific shuttle times will be provided closer to the wedding date.
If you are driving separately, we kindly ask that you arrive at the ceremony venue by 1:00 PM to allow time to get settled before the ceremony begins.
Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
No — the ceremony and reception will take place at separate venues.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors. Weather permitting, the reception will include both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Are the venues accessible for guests with mobility concerns?
Yes. Both venues are accessible and able to accommodate guests with mobility concerns.
Is parking available at the venues?
Yes. Parking will be available at the ceremony venue, and complimentary valet parking will be provided at the reception venue.
Will transportation be provided between venues?
Yes. Shuttle transportation will be available from the hotel to the ceremony venue, from the ceremony to the reception, and back to the hotel at the conclusion of the evening.
How far apart are the ceremony and reception venues?
The ceremony and reception venues are approximately 45 minutes apart.
Are phones or photos allowed during the wedding?
We kindly ask that all guests keep phones put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Professional photographers and videographers will be capturing the day for us.
At the reception, phones are permitted only within our private reserved areas. Because portions of the venue are shared public spaces, we ask that phones remain in pockets while moving through public areas and that no calls or photos be taken outside of the private event spaces.
When is the RSVP deadline?
We sent save-the-dates early to give guests traveling to California plenty of time to prepare. Formal invitations will be sent in October, and the RSVP deadline will be January 10, 2027.
What if I need to change my RSVP after responding?
We completely understand that schedules and circumstances can change. If you are no longer able to attend after submitting your RSVP, please reach out to us personally as soon as possible.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
There is a dietary restrictions section included within the RSVP process. We will do our best to accommodate necessary dietary needs and allergies, and we kindly ask that requests be limited to essential accommodations only.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes — there will be an open bar during the reception.
Can we post photos on social media?
Absolutely! If you would like to share photos or memories from our wedding, we’d love for you to use #BrandinWedding2027 and tag both of us in your posts.
Where can we find your registry?
Our registry is linked directly on this website for your convenience.
